Shipping Information:

Each "initial" scripted name is created by hand by a professional designer and includes a design fee that allows us to personalize and create your unique name. After the initial image is created "additional" items may be purchased at a reduced cost since we already have your scripted name in the database.

To order, place an "Initial Order" in your shopping cart. Then, select as many "additional" items as you wish. Please make separate orders if you are scripting multiple names.

During normal periods, the following applies. During peak periods, there may be delays of up to 2 weeks. We will rush to have your order ASAP, but backups at the printer and with designers can be unavoidable during high-demand periods.

After placing your order, it will typically take 3-5 business days to have the image designed and sent to the printer. Your print is then shipped to the distributor and is then either sent to you or to the framer. You should receive your finished product 6-9 days after that (longer for large or specialty items such as calendars or greeting cards that are processed on a special press).

Scripting Information:

All requested scripts must be in good taste. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that do not meet this qualification.

Refund Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of these products, the initial scripting portion of each order is non-refundable. If products are received damaged or of a quality that does not meet our high standards, we will gladly replace the product.
